Apparentley the actor has tried to top himself:(, Wilson had cut both wrists and taken an "indeterminate amount of pills." ...poor guy, could it be because he broke up with kate hudson?:confused: i think hes a great actor, it goes to prove that hollywood stars have bad days too!

Wouldn't kick him out of bed for eating crisps ! Poor mite is allegedly upset over his ex girlfriend who seems to be going thru men faster than a dose of salts !:rolleyes:

Not really. I wasn't making my comment with the sole intention of differing from anyone else. What I meant was that I don't think he's a bad actor at all, I just think the word 'great' gets thrown around too easily these days. He was good in Starsky and Hutch, & was hilarious in Zoolander. I just don't think he's a 'great' actor.

I agree with you. Great is a much overused word when talking about actors. Great, to me, means people like Alan Rickman, Lawrence Olivier and even people like Emma Thompson, but not Owen Wilson I'm afraid. I don't think he's a bad actor and I find his films entertaining, even enjoyable but think 'great' is a step too far.

Having said that, I hope he makes a full recovery, both physical and mental.

Owen's brilliant in everything he does especially Shanghai Noon/Knights, Meet The Parents/Fockers, Starsky & Hutch, but he was by far at his best in Zoolander. That film is brilliant!!

Steve Coogan has denied he had an affair with Courtney (Hmmmm... bitter???)
