the attached story is about a new tattoo shop in Ossy, the young lady is quoted as saying " I love any form of body art from tattoos to piercings to suspension shows "
Can anyone tell me what a suspension show is ? .......It might be that I am a bit dim today , but the only 'suspension' show I can think of is either a public hanging :confused: or a kind of perverse S&M fetish which I wouldn't think would apply to a female :confused:

I'd never heard of suspension show either, looks awful, not really into piercings either.

I knew her when she was a kid, she was a bonny little girl. Certainly gives a new meaning to the term HANGING ABOUT:D;):p

Ugh, the thought of hanging from a butcher's hook through your skin makes my eyes water. I thought, before I read the link, it was going to be the thing some yoga fakirs do - hanging very heavy weights from their "private parts" - which is bad enough. :D

I'm not keen on tattoos though all 3 of my children have them. Both my daughters have a small blue rose on their left shoulder and I've told 'em those roses will be withered by the time they are in their 70s and only fit for the compost when they reach their 80s. My younger daughter also has a Chinese symbol on her upper thigh. It's supposed to say "dad" and she had it done when my husband died. As she doesn't speak or read Chinese I pointed out that it could be an obscenity for all she knows. She says she won't wear shorts if she ever goes to China - just in case. ;)
