If Glynn Webb couldnt make a profit there it stands to reason that another retailer selling the same sort of goods would fail too. Glynn Webb used to be busy when it sold mainly cheap paint and wallpaper. When it started selling cheap vases, kitchen utensils and furniture it went downhill.
As it is away from the town centre it needs to sell (cheaply) something that cant be got in town --suggestions anyone?

I think it would with a little work make a brilliant car dealership, there is so many uses for a building of that size in such a good location.
