Can you imagine that blaming the absence of goats why he was speeding!!! :D

Wonder what the excuses are here for speeding?

I was never caught speeding when i drove mind you more often than not i was within the speed limits. It took me long enough to learn to drive and pass my test so didnt want to lose my licence because i'd been caught speeding.
