Hell's Kitchen

Is anybody watching it?? I was forced to watch it, I was refusing because Marco Pierre White is the head chef and i'm in camp Gordon!!!

But it is actually very good, the first show was great and he kicked 2 tables of people out (and rightly so with one of them who made comments about him personal life!) As for the contestents, Brian Dowling is hilarious!!!

I haven't watched it for the reason you stated, just can't imagine it without Gordon but having read your comments will give it a go tonight:D

Re: Hell's Kitchen

lol ive been watching it too, Marco supposidly taught Gordon everything he knows, it is funny and Marco is so cool and calm about things (so far), what he did to that poor man the other night when he told him to get out of his restaurant was hilarious, and then Carol Thatcher had the nerve to ask him for his autograph last night which had me in stitches

Re: Hell's Kitchen

Why is it on every night? I like watch things like this weekly, then the enjoyment is spread over quite some time. If they show it all in one week it spoils it IMO.

Re: Hell's Kitchen

because its only on for two weeks

Thats what I mean I would prefer six or seven weeks!! I was wondering if there was another one after it with different celebs on?:)

Re: Hell's Kitchen

i know what you mean but people tend to get bored with things if they are on for too long

Re: Hell's Kitchen

I think so far Marco has been calm and collective, but i belive things are going to change, It makes good TV as you get to see what really goes on behind the scenes of a top chefs restaurant

I've also been watching it, brilliant when he refused to feed the two customers the other night.

Totally agree, it was okay not a patch on Our Gordon. Without Angus Deaton it would have been flat, having said that I would like Adele to win!!

Re: Hell's Kitchen

the guy is just a cook, serves up food , end of story ......if folks want to see how an eatery should be run drive/bus/walk over to Gt. Harwood and check out Jack and Vera at Clayton st, Chippy , now that would be good television, no pretentious bullcrap just good value for money food ..........
;) ;) ;)
