How To Get A Personal Trainer Free

It never ceases to amaze me the way money is wasted.Overweight prisoners are getting personal trainers to prevent bullying in 25 of Britians toughest jails. The report claims that out-of-shape offenders suffer social exclusion because they can't exercise in the yard with other inmates. The cost of hiring these personal trainers is around £400,000. How ludicrous is this?

Best place to be these days is prison. Everything free most of them are basically hotels, only trouble is its practically impossible to get sent to one these days usually just community service or a fine as punishment.

i mean take a look at the houses in church,(south shore street, blackpool street) being done up for free, yet its the dossers who mostly have them and dont work!, while other people who work and paying for thier house to live in, get nowt!!
