did anyone watch this??

its on now i think its a repeat but its just shocking at how badly these chinese migrant workers are treated.

I didn't watch it Mani but I agree with you that it's appalling how some people, like the Chinese migrants, are treated.

Some people get lured over here with false promises and then just exploited don't they? I don't know how bad the program was because I didn't watch it but I heard recently 4 Eastern Europeans were arrested in Morecambe Bay for illegal cockling (yes, after all that happened with those Chinese cocklers drowning!) and a fifth man, an Englishman, escaped in a vehicle. Presumably he'd conned them into doing the job and would be planning on making a nice profit out of them. :mad:

the thing is its all fair enough to clamp down on the ppl comin over but there's a support network for these people that exists even before these people get here and stays in place long after they get deported

i was reading about the events that unfolded on various websites and its like the people who were allowing them to live in the house 15 at a time they got away scot free surely if they clamped down on such people then everyone wud think twice
