Hiya As Most Of You Know , I Went On "my European Tour" Last Year With My Friend Doreen ..........now There Were People From All Over The World On Our Coach, Mexico, Philappines, Tokyo, Different Parts Of China, Australia, Canada, America, Wales Scotland & 4 From England, Now We All Got On Very Well To-gether & Had Many Many Laughs ,since That Tour Back In March 2006 I Have Been E-mailing A Few Of The Friends We Made ....one Of Those Is A Lad ,jaimie (said Haimie) Who Was Serving In The Usa Forces In Afghanistan At The Time & Was On Leave, Now Haimie Was A Reservist Like Our Ta Lads, & Diane Is A Medic Serving In Iraq, Haimie Has Finished His 12months Tour Of Duty, But Diane Is Still In Iraq, The Impact That These Two Have Had On Me With Some Of Their Thoughts In Their E-mails Has Been An Eye- Opener , Not Only Do Our Brave Lads & Lasses Do Their Tour Of Duty For Our Country .so Do Others, Im Quite Proud Of Our Lads & Lasses, As Im

Proud To Know Just The 2 Americans .well 1 American 1 Mexican As Well.


The Thread That Cherokee posted Had Me Thinking ..............what A Lot Of Parent's Grandparents, Wives & Husbands, Friends & Relations, All Over The World Are Affected By These Damm Wars.


So On That Note I Say ............please Please At Least Once A Week Think Of All The Forces Doing Their Duty For Their Countries

& May I Ask ........say A Little Prayer For Them.

Thanks for that. Here is an interesting link if anybody would like to send out a shoe box for the lads and gals that are serving this christmas. Im sure they would really appreciate this....

Im not sure and i might be wrong but didnt a mother just recently win with the post office to send items out to BFPO addresses for free untill christmas. If not im sure the postage is worth it, just to give them a reminder of home. Im going into town tomorrow to get my shoe box started.

You do that bernie after that "war" you and I had last night, make sure you put some dark glasses in the box.:)
On a lighter note Mez that was a very inspiring story, and must give us all hope for the future as education such as meeting people from different backgrounds makes us realise, war's will become history. We are prety much 'alike' when you get down to it.
The shoe box idea is a great one, we must not forget the serving forces, or the families of the fallen.
