Terror attack? No its a 9lb pot of Chillies!!! :D

Thing is though its a restaurant wouldnt they have made this before and people have smelled it before so they would know what it was?

I suppose people down there will be on their guard and report anything even slightly dodgy.

A 9lb pot of chillies could do a serious amount of damage if not treated properly. If it had been powder and it entered the eyes then there would have been more panic around. Sometimes the best thing to cause trouble with is a natural product.
