Virgin Channel Rebrand

As from Monday the UKTVG2 channel will be renamed Dave.

The slogan on their trailers is Dave - The home of witty banter

Anyone know how much I should charge them for breach of copyright ? :)

If anyone has a copyright on your name Dave it is your parents who named you, not you.

But you cannot copyright names, unless the name is used for business purposes like Apple, song titles, book titles and short phrases.

They are naming it Dave because they said that they have done extensive research and have found that the average viewer is a bloke in his 20's or 30's that is called Dave.

I don't think i'll ever get used to calling it Dave though.
