Passport Office
 

If anyone remembers the problems with the passport office a couple of months I thought I would tell you the latest episode.

My daughters passport needed renewing. Took it in to the post office last Wednesday thinking it would be okay because the postal workers were due to end the strike. Of course we have had daily news bulletins that Liverpool were still out since then.

Result ... New passport delivered through the door today. Now thats what I call good service and thought it worth mentioning considering the number of times we complain about bad service.

Well done the passport office :D
