Contact lenses
 

Ive had my contacts now for about a week(ish) so was wondering if anyone else has them and if so ahve you got any tips or tricks with them? The way i was shown to take them out is by far the most unplesent feeling ive had for a long time.

All you can do is persevere, you work will work out your own method. I used to hold down my bottom lid with my middle finger, then use my thumb and my index finger to pinch the lense and take it out.

After 2-3 weeks you'll be an expert at it.

I've been wearing them for several years now and found it relly tricky at first, i always found putting them in harder than taking them out, i take them out by pulling down my lower lid then pinching them. i think it'll just take a bit of time to get used to them.

I'll stick with my glasses thanks. Couldnt put something in my eye and then try to take it out.

Yeah did that tonight by pinching them its miles easier. I got told to pull down my lower lid then use my finger the quickly rub down on my eye till it comes out.

I used to think that as I am very squeamish when it comes to messing with the eyes, but after a few times it becomes quite normal. I have to say though best thing I ever did was get my eyes lasered.

wish i could wear em, but having "dry eyes" i can't, so i must continue to be a 4 eyed git.:rolleyes:
