Christmas Newsletter

Councillor Graham Jones’ (Peel Ward) newsletter arrived today. I read it through and he appears to have been a busy chap. The very last item on the newsletter left me speechless and I am going to quote the item

“Manor St
With the Police we have reduced the nuisance/ball games outside the SPAR thoug it is an ongoing problem. With Police help, young people have been issued with new soft ball that don’t damage cars.”

Are they having a bloody laugh or what :confused:

All the info is there in the quote, no idea what balls the Police had. Pity they didn’t have the balls to move the troublemakers on. Must be “new age policing” or summat
