Re: Is it christmas?

Feels very Christmassy now to me. We're flooded out with Christmas cards, piles of pressies, been to parties and been carol singing but best of all the Primary did their nativity play this morning so I definitely feel like Christmas now.

No, it doesn't feel like christmas here either.
Daughter and her tinlids are poorly and it looks like the christmas dinner is off until later in the week.

I started to feel Christmassy about 2.5 hours ago when I came back from the carol service. I wasn't until then but I am now. :)

Wise advice mallard... xx

It feel Christmassy to me as both my children and grandaughter are here altogether for once under my roof for a few days. Can't keep my eyes off them as they joke, laugh, discuss world issues and all their exploits over the past few months. There will be no disagreements or family arguments. Hard work, but worth every bead of sweat. Lots of little extra pressies under the tree and can't wait for the 'grand opening' not having had this since they all grew up.

Looking forward to going to the Red Lion at Whitebirk tonight along with brother .. will be a happy and joyful time for us. Just a small family, but sound as a pound if you know what I mean... :)

Add a few more drinks hon ... that might do it.:D Feels christmassy here and looks it too ... had a nice little blizzard last night with some fresh snow for the season. I have turkey, ham, goose, lots of rum, egg nog, sherry, gifts under the tree (a real one), and a little tree I can smoke. And to top it off, a box of real Montecristo cigars, cuban of course. And tonite, I will be going to midnight mass, and then home for tortierre and a few drinks. Merry Christmas/Joyeux Noel from the Great White North, eh.

I don't feel festive either; too much bad stuff has gone on this year .
I will feel better come New Year's Eve with a new year and new hope.
I will have a happy face on tomorrow for the kids and try to be festive for Kels and my Mum but without a Christmas miracle it's not looking promising !:o

Sorry to hear that you seem to be having a hard time Lindsay, I hope things improve for you, I am sure the positive attitude you express will help. Good luck, and try to enjoy your christmas with your kids.
