Dunno, but I opened mine last Xmas and only finished it in Oct and it was just as nice:)

Not many spirits do, or wines. Well, if left closed. Lager, cans and stuff have use by dates.
Anything with somet added goes off, WKD or Bacardi Breezers

Beers have a best before date normally, not too sure about tia maria, though it should say on the bottle, and if not then it'll be fine. Dont leave the cap off though!

you should drink Baileys within 3 months of opening as it goes off...or so I'm told......I have a couple of litre bottles that haven't been opened yet.

It does go off dave and its almost poisonous when its in that stage, don't pour it down the sink as it will rot the plastic pipes, I've got stainless pipes in my house, drop it off here and I'll pour it away for you :rolleyes: :D :D
