house wanted to let
 
Can any one help me and my brother we are after a house to let in rishton or clayton-le-moors we are on dwp but can surply a bond and mount in advance thank you

Those are private landlords aren't they? Just marketed through an agency.

There is a vast range. You can get them for around £350 per cm or less. It just depends what you're looking for. When Busman first moved up here he was lucky enough to eventually find a really neat little terraced house at a very reasonable rent.

Rent from anyone but not from rent -the-house, they accused me of doing something on the last property i had from them when i didnt, i should of taken pictures when i 1st moved but i thought being a agency they would know.
Lancsboy where abouts do you want to rent, i will ask the guy who rent us this house, they have houses everywhere, i havent had any problems with them at all,

Yes that's a good point. IF there are any problems with the property, whether rented through an agency or privately it's a good idea to go round the property and point them out and have them agreed on with the landlord even to the extent of getting it on paper signed by both parties so they can't accuse you of causing damage which was already there before you moved in.
