Paedophile Arrested In Thailand (from Lancashire Telegraph)

How is he supposed to raise the money to come back here if he isn't allowed to work and is being kept in a detention centre?

Willow I thought you had more sense than to ask daft questions . The Thai Govt. will demand his repatriation, two senior officers from the Lancashire police will have to travel out there , after taking four days rest in the sea-side resort of Phucket to get over jet -lag they will provide him with escort back in the event he goes a bit doolally on the plane (just for security reasons you understand ) , they, all three will then be seated in a more secure 'private' section of the British Airways plane , either business or first class to protect his civil rights and his privacy from the tabloid press.
Guess who have to pay for this .......the Lancashire taxpayer :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

think the best option then would be to leave him in Thai detention n let him find the money himself, thus saving taxpayers money, plus he will be in the jug,much longer out there than our holiday camps.:rolleyes:

I think I read somewhere that , since there is no warrant for his arrest in this country, any cost to get him back to UK would be in the form of a REPAYABLE LOAN from the Foreign Office. (which is what happens when brits are stranded penniless abroad)
