Wonder what happens if you buy it and park across the white line and take up a bit of the next space? Suppose you could buy it and put a tent up, live in london relatively cheaply.

Aye had seen that, did you note that there was a morris minor 1000 parked down there, called it a "classic" car, been there 4 years. I wonder how much it's worth

i suppose you could class it as free parking brcause you can always sell it on when you move, and it may go up in value in the future, still its way too much money as it is

how stupid, which brain dead nerd would spend that!!...it should be free parking going into that shop, dont they think they get enough of the customers?

I used to work in Knightsbridge, and the nearest public car park is in Motcomb Street, and charges £24.50 for nine hours.

So over a ninety year period, the cost of parking in the public carpark would be an astonishing £2,146,200.

Which makes the asked for price of £250,000 for the parking a space, a veritable bargain.:D

I've just noticed they do a special rate of £33.00 for 24 hours, which brings the cost down for a ninety year stay at the public car park, to a much more reasonable £1,084,050.
