It was flippin cold and windy there today and I forgot to take the camera. I was surprised that nobody had shown some enterprise and dragged a burger van along there. They would have made a fortune just selling brews.

They come from the southern hemisphere, of maybe escapees from Blackpool zoo, as in the film Madagascar.

It's an ill wind that blows nobody any good. If our order book is any indication, last Thursdays storms gave Cleveleys a very unexpected but desperately needed bonus. Trade has been sadly reduced this winter due to the suspension of the tram service while the council replace all the tracks.

Anyone have recipe for soggy digestives????

It’s a pity it wasn’t a munitions ship, we could have floated it down the coast and cleaned up Blackpool.

The ship is moving on the sand during the tides, it’s moved a couple of hundred yards north over the last few days. Hopefully they can get her off her bottom over the next few days. There’s always the risk of the tides and weather turning nasty, we have enough ****e and flotsam on this coastline already. One note of worth is that the RAF, Coast Guard and Police continue to do an excellent Job.

I meant to say, you could call at the office for a brew. If it helps, it's a black as buggery over here and about to **** it down. Big Time. :)
