Tanpits Pub / Kwong Ming

Heard today that Kwong Ming has bought the Tanpits (Plough)
Anyone else heard this?
Surely this is a bit off the beaten track for a takeaway, are they planning on opening a restaurant - Is that place big enough?
Got told the place their in now is being pulled down, might be wrong but I thought that side of Blackburn Rd wasn't being demolished
