Lots of body creams have fruit extracts, ginseng, coconut, etc.. :(

butter is not on the banned list - (margarines have trans fats and e numbers) -- butter is natural food -- olive oil, garlic and vinegar to dress salads --all good stuff

NO NO - curry is on his banned list -- food colouring!!!!!!!

I don't understand the banned fruits -- but the other stuff is a clear indicator to avoid PROCESSED FOOD
