I can't believe this, Network Rail have been fined a record £14 million, by the Office of Rail Regulations, because engineering works over-ran during the Christmas and New Year peridod, who's going to pay the fine, as usual the poor commuter, it would be different if they were making the big wigs pay the fine, but as it is its a waste of time:mad:

its bloody daft!!

railway lines need repairs just as much as roads etc....
