400 Euros Tax Rebate for all workers

Spain needs to kick-start the economy.
The Spanish government are to give a rebate of 400 Euros to all taxpayers including ex-pats.
I think if GB was to instruct Darling to do this...Two Jags would choke on his extra pudding and The Beast of Bolsover would dress up as Black Rod.

But we don't need to kick start the economy here. We are all loaded, I know because the politicians tell me and I believe em :rolleyes::)
