What else do you do
It goes without saying that the people on here are computer buffs, but apart from coming on here what else do you do to occupy your time. My main interest are Crosswords (I do them every day without fail) and am an avid reader, besides watching a bit of telly, mainly sport. Whats your other pass times

looking after the Brat, cleaning up after the Brat, cooking for the Brat, washing for the Brat apart from sorting his lordship out i enjoy...reading a lot, shopping :D going to see my mates, bike riding (when the bike aint broken) sticking my fingers in mud and pretending i'm planting stuff ;) and going up and down the country exploring new places on the train :D

I cook,clean,clean some more,tidy,tidy some more,clean a bit more,then tidy up,wash clothes,hoover the house,dust,scrub kitchen n bathroom,take bins out,iron,wash windows,tidy some more.....then do it all over again.....
apart from that i take Jack to playgroup,go shopping,just started doing Avon,going to mates houses n sit n gossip whilst the kiddies play,go to the park,go for walks in the country,do a bit of gardening,read chick lit books,watch the soaps. I think if i had more money we would do alot more. But when Jacks at his dads i love to have long soaks in the bath with expensive bubble bath,loads of candles and read a good book. But my favourite things in the whole world..... Spending time with Corker (and Jack) and GOING OUT DANCING/DRINKING WITH MY CLOSEST FRIENDS :wub::drunk::icon_hump:cheers::gorgeous: |

I get through at least two to three books per week, more if I'm not sleeping. |

what else do i do besides here, work 1 day a week, argue the toss with my nephews when trying to sort their computer out, read, sleep, ring spug, voluntary stuff, cleaning when i feel like it, gardening when i feel like it, and come on here. Think that about covers it.

Unfortunately working......... :mad: Walking in our lovely countryside, 5 - 15 miles, up the Lakes when I can, but theres nice walks around here too - watch sport, football mainly, read, like documentaries on TV - and The Apprentice

Now I have joined the ranks of the Senior Citizens I indulge in the following (in no particular order).
Gardening; going on holiday (often to Malta); reading biographies, history and Terry Pratchett; listening to Radio 4; listening to my very varied CD and record collection (from Glenn Miller to Elvis via Gilbert & Sullivan, Gershwin, Grieg, Bizet and the Beatles - amongst many others); occasionally watching DVDs of old films and musicals (another of my collections); walking in the country; sketching; eating at good restaurants. Given that there's a fair bit of housework done each day - how the hell did I ever find time to go to work? :D |

besides my art work,,I do volunteer work with victims of crime,,im a criminal compensation advocate,,i help people go throw the courts with there cases,,,i love reading,,coronation street and watching nascar races ,,,i like to go out dancing with friends,,my new fav thing to do is taking pictures of flowers:D

Looking after the kids of course. I work a lot - very irregular hours with meetings and stuff. I play a lot, and I mean A LOT of scrabble. Often browsing on here in between moves.

I'm at work 4 days a week, I have two young children, housework, gardening, when I find the time I love to read, go out for meals and socialising, do a bit of exercise and of course mooch on the pc.

With my 2 to look after, along with the everyday household duties I dont really get much spare time for anything else other then accyweb. But in saying that I do get a babysitter in form time to time to give me some time out and go to the pub

I'm retired, so I've plenty of time for gardening, reading, crosswords, cricket - watching at weekends, occasional quizzes, and I slope off to Spain a few times each year. I'm very lucky to be reasonably healthy for my age - it's not until you're ill that you appreciate how important good health is.

Well I work full time in a demanding job, have two teenage sons which can be great fun at times :rolleyes: and love my footy at stanley, involved in the official supporters club there and working hard towards the exhibition we are having in the summer (please remind me how much work is involved next time I say i am doing something like this!!).
I have a very active social life and have recently had to tone it down a bit as I was going a bit crazy :D but as one of my closest friends said to me, I am living my early 20's now due to settling down and having my sons young.... oh well I am having a hell of a time though :p |

Listening to music from my 2000+ collection of CDs and vinyl, reading (about music, crime fiction, plus other odds and sods), watching Stanley, visiting licensed premises, sitting in coffee houses watching the world go by...er, that's about it.
To be honest, the bits in between where I have to go to work are starting to annoy me more and more, as I regard all the above as far more important! |

Well I like to do my ebay which takes up a lot of time, my charity work with Support our soldiers, reading when i get time. now and again I ll go down allottment with jim, my music and trying to get my high scores on accyweb arcade. lol..

Reading (I like the books with pictures to color), fishing, hunting, messing around in boats (this is for summer, the whole two days of it ... it's snowing right now), playing around with motorcycles .... and on some days, esp in winter, doing sweet ****** all in front of a roaring fire with a glass in my hand ... Camping, canoeing, heading out to Montreal to watch the Canadiens play our national blood sport.

I study seen as I am a full time law student. I also go for long walks that normally result in me getting a takeaway or a pint somewhere :p I spend a lot of time in the college bar socialising with socialists and ranting at them about boring politics.
Most other things I enjoy I dont have much time for any more, but generally I like music and singing, reading things that aren't compulsory, cooking, watching films and visiting museums and art galleries and stuff. Generally the same interests as everyone else I guess, nothing too thrilling. |
