thieving rat bag

Was having a coffee with Richard inbetween the markets in Blackburn today at about 3pm, next to the coffee house there is a bench and there was a man stood lurking around it, as i'm a right nosey cow i was watching him to see what he was upto, he had a carrier bag in his hand and he was looking really suspicious, he then put the carrier bag down on the bench and moved towards one of the shops (the clothes stall next to the fruit and veg stall) he went into the shop and proceeded to remove a whole rail full of kids clothes and just walked out of the shop as if he'd done nothing wrong, he then walked out of the doors of the market and buggered off

i was gobsmacked, no one saw him do it apart from me, i went over to the young girl who was working in the shop and i told her what i had just seen, all she said was 'the cheeky ******' nothing else, she must have money to throw away, i told her what this bloke looked like and she didnt seem remotely interested

next time i witness something like that i think i'll just ignore it too hey

These thieves are so clever at what they do, when the pub was on Union Street they used to come in selling food they had stolen from round Accrington. Cheeky sods

Does that stall not sell mainly baby clothes? Can't see any reason not to put a baby in theses clothes, they want designer stuff soon enough
