No its not by immigrants from Eastern Europe or from the Indian sub-continent or from the Middle East but from across the pond.

They are here, they’ve established a bridgehead and woe betide any grey squirrel (and red I suppose) that gets in their way.

How the black squirrel crossed the Atlantic is a bit of a mystery but they are here, they are ‘orinary and do not tolerate any other squirrels in their newly established patch.

Black, red or grey they are all nast thieving little things with fleas. Rats with bigger bushier tails

we like squirrels as well.... we feed them raisons in the park lol
they like prawn cocktail crisps as well

the squirrel in the pic looks like my cat when she is being nosy lol

Just looked out my window .... counted six of them .... fat little buggers too .... can see them running along the power lines ... my cats stay lean and healthy chasing them ... except for Sadie who is a lot like Garfield.

I didn't know we had them in this country either.

More foreign invaders attacking our indigenous Squirrel Nutkin.

Not only is our native red squirrel at risk, so are our pets. As these black heathens hunt in packs, and have even attacked dogs!:eek::D

Big fat and spoiled rotten ... and she eats anything ... likes red wine, but will have a sip of vodka and orange ... maybe lasagna will be on the menu for her 21st birthday next month.:D
