Garden Thieves
How thieves became the latest pest to blight the English country garden | the Daily Mail
Ok i never thought about this people nicking stuff from your garden but now people have patio heaters and benches and statues etc in their garden to make it look nice and somewhere for them to sit makes you wonder are they oppurtunistic thieves just going past and seeing a statue oh i'll have that and nicks it or is it planned. Reading that though the security bloke says: Antique statues are stolen all the time but increasingly whole lawns are being uprooted, as are bricks, benches and plants. Taking the lawn - i wish someone would take mine - that way i could start again ... no dandelions, no daisies, no moss - i might get grass back again!!!!! :D Mind you they probably wouldnt stop at my house - i have nothing of any value in my garden. |
