I see Prince William will be down the road later on this morning.I suppose that because the army would not let him go to Basra or Helmand, then Blackburn is the next best thing.

I believe when he got here he was wearing a fur hat, when asked why, he said that he'd been talking to his Granny that morning and she asked him where he was going, "Blackburn" he said, were the fox hat replied Granny:D
