I feel that the child will be loved just as much as the first sibling, and would be wanted anyway .. just brought the parent's decision to have another child forward to try and help out. Anyone that loves their first born so much to do this, will surely hold their second child in great esteem and not label him/her as a tool.

I agree with Margaret on this one, surley both children would be loved equally under such awful circumstances.
