Were the cameras not plugged into the monitoring equipment at the time they were stolen ?

Guess the theives would have their faces hidden, thought I'd ask tho :o

I remember reading recently that dogs had been fouling graves and dogs in the cemetary were banned as a result.
Maybe they were there to film 'performing' dogs - not a pretty sight

Black comedy at its best ... (trying to stifle mirth)

I can see the humour in it, but it really is a sorry state of affairs if security cameras have to be mounted in our cemeteries.

Well yes Bonnyboy, the cameras are put there to spot the yobs that have the temerity to desecrate our loved one's graves, but the irony is that there are yobs about who steal the cameras that are focused on this.

See my earlier post - dogs not yobs - or - dogs owned by yobs

It is a bad reflection as to how bad things have become if we need CCTV in the cemetery. Having spent over £1000 on a headstone I would be none best pleased if I found that some little ****** with nothing better to do had vadalised it.

You're wrong there.

One of my family members is a funeral director, he knows what kind of things have been caught on the cctv cameras in the cemetery.

You would not believe what some folk get up to in there!
