Ah! But your energy supplier doesn’t know what your income is and where it comes from and nor should they.

It’s the thin edge of the wedge emamum23, the thin edge of the wedge.

If this government is so all fired up about people not being able to afford the energy that they have to use then the solution is simple. Stop wasting our taxes on non essentials and reduce the tax on petrol, diesel and heating oil and on the energy itself. They could up the benefits and pensions a bit more too.

The real problem in this country is how the taxes are spent and on what.
