did any one hear about a young girl of 15 stabed to death; parents report a man stalking her months before and police did nothin ;

I assume this is the girl found dead in a lift in a block of flats in London. Is that the girl you mean ?

the news have just said that the family had notified the police about this alleged asault and death threats in april, but the police said the girl denied it. they have arrested a 21year known to this girl.

Maybe the threats were made to her parents if they had tried to discourage this man's infatuation.

Was it her parents that made the report to the police about the assault?

The girl may have been frightened/threatened and told them it wasn't true
