Ive just been charged £6-50 for a postal, its little wonder why people dont use the post office much theses day:mad:

I have used Paypal for five years with no problems.......paying for items cost's you nothing in fees.

You have to have a current account to operate a Paypal account.
I suppose if he had such an account he would have sent a cheque

Are you sure you do?
Can you not use a pre pay credit card with Paypal?

You can pay for something through paypal using a debit card or credit without needing a paypal account of your own. As from 9th July they are also going to start charging.

£6.50 charge on a £75 postal order.... it is less than 10%.....

I did that for a time but had to have a current account first and then have the current account as a 'secondary' to the credit card after I added it

they are trying to phase all that out now arent they?
want everyone to go plastic..... soon everything will be done by card and we will never handle proper money lol
