Ice cream van music

Anyone know what this is? The van round 'arwood plays it and I have absolutely no idea what it is. Most of them are nursery rhymes but I dont recognise this one. It also happens to be the most annoying! Sticks in your head for hours - though I do have a lot of fun whistling it to see how many other people I can get humming it!

I used to work with a guy with mental illness and learning disability. anyway, he was obsessed with ice cream van tunes and even had a cd!!! I had to sit in his flat for hours listening to it. kill me, kill me now.

I don’t suppose that anyone has thought of the obvious.

Like asking the driver.

I had thought of that, though I decided that I didnt actually want anyone to know that I was unhinged - which is what would happen if I had to ask such a question. I also considered the possibility that the driver may simply not know, look at me funny and then id have to buy an ice-cream to escape the 'theres a moron at my ice-cream van' tension.

The most common of icecream van tune is the teddy bears picnic. so if you go down in the woods today I strongly adivse you to avoid the police.

The Police? I dont have any murderous intent towards the ice cream van driver or anything, I just wish the one that comes round Rishton played something less irritating, which you dont spend the rest of the night singing :)

Asking a question doesn’t show people that you are unhinged. It does, however, show that you are interested in the subject to find out more and not, like some people, pretend that they know everything.

I ask questions all the time even to the point of being ridiculed because I don’t know something that someone reckons I should know.
