Bloke Goes Into A Bank......

Asks for aloan.No problem,are you working? Yes. Insurance? Yes please......OK......2 months later.....'' no job,laid off...insurance?....got laid off from previous job straight on to job through agency but laid off again.Sorry vbut insureance doesnt count..Why not ?You sold it me with loan,already paid a couple of months premiums.Cant claim.Been on agency employment since,in & out of work since......more bank charges than i don't know what.Should this person have been ok'd this bank loan or has it been mis-sold?

if they take his money and the information he gave was true atte time of purchase then they should honour the agreement,if tehy didnt liek agency workers they shoudl have asked if he was an agency worker

The person might have more chance of claiming that they had been mis-sold the insurance as opposed to the loan.
If the small print of the insurance states that a claim cannot be made within a specified period of taking out the insurance cover ( which will apply to everyone ) then I cant see the company accepting that it was mis-sold.
