I got married yesterday!!
 

I love surprising people!! So yesterday I got married, no really, I did!! It was great. It took about 4 months of paperwork and countless visits to government agencies/british embassy but it was worth it in the end.. I got married in Moscow :) :mar:

The best thing is I was wearing my Accrington Stanley shirt and the wife had her favourite worn jeans and trainers on. You should have seen the other newlyweds looking at us...
Now that is what I call a perfect wedding - no hassle, a good laugh and no speeches.. Well, I have to thank wingy who was my remote-best man, he did give a speech later on while we where in the restaurant, via mobile phone - so thanks paul! :) :mar:

Thanks everyone for your words!! I've attached a couple of photo's to this message so you can see I am telling the truth. I forgot to mention earlier on what nastya said about her dress.. "I've got the best wedding dress I could possibly hope for, Nina."

After the wedding we decided to just turn up at a posh restaurant (not booked, typical roy style) and they gave us a private room, which was great for Nina, as it meant she could have a meal with us as well! :)

All in all it was a great day, not quite how I'd ever imagined a wedding to be, but that just makes it all the better!!

Congrats on the wedding & the Top Hat & Tails.....lovely stuff...shame you missed the Accy end of the booze up (part 1) in the Stag last night...still, if you can get an overnight flight from Moscow you might make part 2 (tomorrow, same place, 2pm)

Does this mean you are are now a Russkie citizen? If so, can you apply to be a Cosmonaut?.......you could be Accy's first man in space...who knows?
