Asda blackout

Decided to do my shopping earlier than usual today, so was at Asda by 8.10am.....a few people milling about, a few cars on the carpark...........thought great can get round and out in record time....not on your life, was stopped at the door..........there had been a power cut, emergency lights only. So had to go elsewhere, so if anyone thinking of going today check the car park first, I it's empty just turn around.

Im thinking of going to tesco today, asda is getting worse for prices.
Nipped in tesco the other day and found items a lot cheaper than Asda, so if i do go today, I will soon tell ya if its cheaper to go to Asda or Tesco;)

Watch this space.....................................

lol
if tesco turns out to be more expensive then take your shopping bill to asda and ask for the dofference AND the cost of petrol money -
( and no i am not being silly or petty but is this day and age we dont ask we dont get - its always worth asking)
:D

You can browse mysupermarket.co.uk without buying so that you can see which is cheaper for the things you need to buy that week.
Which is cheaper depends on what you buy

It's fab, isn't it? :D

I used to go there until I cottoned on to supermarket shopping online.

I still use Sainsbury's but as I think it's sent from Bamber Bridge when online shopping.

I've used Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury's in the past.

I don't find Sainsbury's any dearer than the others but their quality and service is much better.:)
