Without looking it up, how many of you know who your Members of European Parliament are?

Furthermore, how many of you even recognise the names when you do see a list? UK MEPs for the North West

Didn't know who they were and still have no idea now ive looked at the list!
Bet they are making a pretty penny though!

They are people who take advantage of all the perks of the job like our mp's!
Expenses etc..
I'm sure they do a great job though!:rolleyes:

I have heard of Gary Titley and Den Dover.

They are the only two that stuck in my mind because their names make me laugh. :D

Den Dover puts me in mind of Ben Dover and the other fella's name is Titley which I think is funny.....omg I'm such a child sometimes! :D

Well, as you would expect, I know one or two, Sir Robert and Dulsy Atkins are personal friends, as are David and Caroline Sumberg and have met Den Dovor on quite a few occasions

The last European elections were three or four years ago - they may be due again next year.

I thought the local MEP was Michael Hindley 'til I looked at the list.
