Mopeds
 

I havent been well for the last few days - been in bed since wednesday night ..... and very rarely got out of it. Anyway seeing as i've been confined to bed and no tv, no computer, couldnt stand a radio - ive been mainly sleeping and reading. I've noticed a few mopeds/scooters going up and down numerous times and pipping their horns as they went past anyway last night at 11.55pm one went past - this horn was different though - it was the general lee one ..... you know the one everyone was after back in the 80's ....... then 2 other mopeds went past pipping their horns.

If you have a moped/scooter do you not have to know the highway code? Do you not do a CBT test?
