No seriously, just wondered more why our country comes to a near stand still and doesn't function well with snow on the ground and all other countries just seem to slap on their snow tyres and chains and get on with it :)

Dunno ... maybe if you are prepared for snow, and you expect it, lots of it, you deal with it ... driving in snow is not all that difficult if, like us, you get lots of practice.:D
