Over the past couple of years I've been overpaid tax credits, usually due to earning more than I expected. The usual demand comes in pay what you owe or face the consequences, no problem to me it's how the system should work.

However if I declare myself as a football club I could get away with millions. :mad:

Scandalous how these clubs get away with it.

Quite agree dave, but its only these clubs who have gone into administration because they couldn't run a "P" up in a brewery

Leicester City owed £7 million tax, but only paid £700,000, is it fair to other clubs that run a tight ship (the three local clubs spring to mind) Remember how Leeds tried to buy the Perm then went bust, it seems that those clubs that are run the right way with manageable debts are being penalised, and lets not forget that the top four Prem clubs owe over £2 billion between them, it ain't quite a level playing field is it
