Up to about 50%, give or take the odd fifty percent.

On the second question no effect, though how the Dow Jones performs from now until Christmas will decide if it's Petunias or Begonias in the flower towers.

I too heard coconuts are falling (), as it's too cold to milk them now, as this cold weather has shrivelled their teats.

Are you talking about the Core strategy? The Core Strategy is an important document which will map out the future for Hyndburn over the next 15 years in line with our Sustainable Community Strategy.

'Drop in' consultation events have been organised for the public at the following venues:-
Huncoat Primary School, Wednesday 10th December, 5pm to 8pm
Accrington Town Hall, Tuesday 16th December, 5pm to 8pm
St. Charles Primary School, Rishton, Wednesday 17th December, 5pm to 8pm.

This is a link to information about the Core Strategy.
www.hyndburnbc.gov.uk/site/scripts/documents_info.php?documentID=195&pageNumber=1

The only other 'offical' consultation I can think of that is taking place at the moment in Hyndburn is the Great Harwood Community Governance Review (this is the review into whether Great Harwood will get a Town Council)-which is due to be completed by February 2009.

I have enjoyed reading what everyone else has been speculating what consultation is being refered to.
