You've reached rock bottom if you've done that, I'm afraid. ;)

All the other things you mentioned can be forgiven............but not that one. If you've done that then you qualify for old man status. :D

I do plenty of things that would qualify me for old biddy status.........leccy blanket in bed, slippers in the house, a liking for Rich Tea biccies, but never have I gone on a night out wearing a coat. That's the ultimate one!

i fell really old atm... i put my coat on to put stuff in the wheelie bin lol and its next to the front door

When you add up the amount of time actually spent outside on a night out it doesn't amount to much, does it?

A few seconds as you hop out of the taxi, a couple of minutes here and there in between pubs and then another few seconds back to the taxi at the end of the night.

If you take a coat you're stuck with it all night, along with your bag and bevvy etc.

lol not entirely true

i once had a senior moment and went out down accy wearing a cardigan and ended up disposing of it in a very efficient manner

only problem was that when i sobered up and reflected on how much the beer goggles had effected my judgment i decided not to turn up for the date the next day to collect my cardigan and found it to be a lot less hassle to by another one instead lol

garinda may recall this as the great cardigan caper lol

he wouldnt look after it so i dumped it on some chick rather than lump it around all night lol

in my defence i was very drunk and younger lol

Remember many years ago when my local was the Hargreaves Arms, in Accy there was an old chap used to come in called Bert. This day he came in a said to the Landlord, give us a double whisky its mi birthday today, a young lad stood next to him asked how old he was, 80 was the reply, I don't want to live till I'm 80 says the lad, but oud Bert turned round and said tha would if tha were 79:D

Funny that.....i`m always the last person to feel cold but i`ve started wearing my coat and hat to go to the shed/wheelie and recycle bins........:rolleyes:

Other than the addition of a few years, I don't think I've changed all that much fundamentally ... It used to be sex,:alright: drugs,:D and rock and roll:theband: ... now the sex is a little less athletic, the drugs are kinder and gentler, and the rock and roll is now called "classic rock" ... but it's all still there.;)

Eric , Not sure you should be mentioning Rock and Roll and Classic Rock in the same sentance on Accy web , bit of a kerfuffle over the past weekend in another thread on the subject
