Cheap O' Nasty tarmac

how crap was the quality of tarmac used on blackburn road?

its already crumbling away

the top of oxford st has already been replaced once and its crumbling again

this is what a month after it got laid down?

Well if it wasn't being paid for by council tax payers it might be funny, seems LCC are papering over the cracks until after next May:(

the center of the road is beginning to crumble

where the guttering connects is doing the same

outside the bingo is quite bad and its just gonna get worse.
