Yep im in the mood.;) for xmas as well :D

Nah seriously have been more organised than usual this year all pressies wrapped and sent to santa , so just waiting for the man in the red furry suit to decide if i have been good enough to pay a visit to ;);):D

Bring it on santa, Ive got the carrots ready for the reindeers and a glass of wine for yo ho ho..............:D:D:alright:

Ive just been told there will be 16 people joining us for dinner at my mums......and i dont have to cook this year :D:D:D she has a tiny kitchen and i wont be able to turn around lol so she has roped my little sister in instead (awww, poor leah :p)

I have one more gift to buy, a hairdryer.......for my 18 year old brother !! thats what he asked me for!!!! well he actually wanted straightners but santas fetching him them lol

I'm gunna miss my traditional christmas wrapping bottle of wine :(

I am not feeling at all festive, maybe different when I finish work tomorrow! ( if the man in my life wasn't miles away it may help! :()

I'm not in the mood either, though my two little ones are really excited and have been for weeks I'm smothered in a cold and to top it all Sparkologist has scored 4000 odd at Mahjong Connect so will be rubbing my nose in that too, lol

I think there is a tendency to be reflective at this time of year.

It pinpoints the calendar so definitely, and we look back and remember Christmases past. Mainly I think because it's so magical when you're a child, but also because some loved ones are no longer with us.

Remember that today is tomorrow's memory, so enjoy the moment that is now.

Well I'm going to enjoy Christmas, always do, hope to go to both my Daughters homes over the next few days, just hope no one has a cold or the like or I won't be going anywhere;)

Mind you Magpie...it probably helps the spirit when a certain someone goes Christmas Shopping but leaves her purse at home...then gets someone else to pay for the stuff eh??? No names of Course!!:prolleyes:

I'm in the xmas spirit to the extent that I feel my brother and sister's excitement and I have been walking around singing xmas songs out loud. I'm a bit peeved that I've only just been paid for my work from the beginning of the month. When they said 'before xmas' I didn't really think it'd be xmas bloody eve. Nevermind, I have to buy a text book anyway. Still, you'd think they'd get it sorted out a little bit earlier for us poor students :(
