Sad time
 

A little boy from Ossy has died of Meningitis, he was only six.:(, he went to the same school as my son, and remember him being a very lively little boy, who always laughed and smiled in the yard.
Would like to give my condolenses to the family, and say I am thinking of you at this sad time.

I heard about this sad news at the weekend.

Every parent's nightmare, and so little that can be done to prevent it happening.

I am always sad at the news of a death, especially a child, but I feel it more when it's meningitis as that disease killed my husband. The symptoms often come on very rapidly and are not always obvious until it's too late. I feel very deeply for that little boy's parents who must be reeling from the shock.
