Hi pitched squealing noise

Any body else noticed the high pitched squealing noise thats been going on for the past few hours, its really bad round Christ Church area, seems to coming from up Whalley Rd area. What the ell is it.

Its not only me that can hear it, have'nt used my hearing aid for some time, I prefer the lack of back ground noises when I'm busy.
