this report seems to have vanished.

read a report on ceefax this afternoon, seemingly sanctioned by the "Lib Dems" it stated that 1000 serving police officers had criminal records,:( whilst it said most were driving/motoring offences, 77 were for violence, n another i think it was 96 for dishonesty. this to me poses questions. (1) why are these people allowed in service? (2) why was this not mentioned on the news tonight? and the most important question (to me) (3) why has this article NOW been removed from ceefax? it also said the police federation say that the Lib Dems are only trying to discredit the police. well sorry but if people like this are serving police, this needs to be public knowledge to me. what the hell is going on here? if you or most of joe public had a record fer dishonesty, no way you would get a good job.

I'm suprised it's only a thousand.

I thought all the best coppers were meant to have 'criminal minds'?

Though I suppose the ones with the best criminal minds of all never get caught in the first place.
