Lancashire Police Prevent initiative.

I don't know if this has been mentioned before,but Lancashire Poilice are one of two U.K.Police forces that have started an initiative to reduce extremetism and the threat of terrorism.
Partners in this scheme will include Youth Services and Universities,in an effort to nip the problem in the bud.
Not before time?

Quite right Jaysay,I think the idea is to monitor website access and to watch for radical preaching to 'vunerable minds'.
