Concerning Broadway I think we should evacuate everyone (well...almost everyone) then drop an A-Bomb on the ******.....

Seriously - just making the 'pavement' the same shade of tarmac would be an improvement for a start. Then sort out the loose, wobbly paving stones (compensation paradise down there), get rid of most of the pound stores and for god's sake do something about the horrible council offices (above Gibsons Sport, Jack Fultons) with their horrible 'public conveniance blue' windows (filthy building as well).

Competition - my a**e!!!!! Would that be the same kind of competition they ran to name the office near the fountain?...........
